It can improve reusability, reduce moisture in the sand system, and enhance the strength of the molding sand, thereby greatly improving the surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the casting, reducing the scrap rate, and solving problems such as sand inclusion, scabs, falling blocks, air holes, and sand mold collapse in the casting In addition, the addition amount of this product is reduced by 30-50% compared to ordinary calcium based bentonite, which is conducive to reducing costs and improving the labor environment.
