Quality inspection and R&D Center

Ningcheng Xingmei Technology Bentonite Quality Inspection and R&D Center covers a building area of 800 square meters with a total investment of 10 million yuan. The facility features specialized functional areas including office suites, archives, testing operation zones, precision weighing rooms, sound-insulated chambers, and R&D laboratories. The center is powered by a professional team of 9 quality control specialists, 5 R&D engineers, and 3 management personnel, supported by technical advisory from 4 external industry experts. As an integrated hub for product development and testing, the laboratory is equipped with world-class analytical systems, including Swiss Mettler Toledo weighing equipment, German Retsch grinding and screening systems, and American Simpson foundry bonding testing devices. Key equipment has been custom-imported to meet specific technical requirements, and the center is currently actively pursuing China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) laboratory accreditation. In addition to driving in-house R&D and strict quality control, the center adheres to the cat litter industry association group standards to provide testing services, data analysis, and quality verification for member enterprises, supporting the continuous quality enhancement and standardization of the local cat litter industry.
