Ningcheng Xingmei Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 7, 2020 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The company is located in Chifeng City to undertake industrial transfer park (Zhongjing Industrial Park).
The total land area of the project is 28533.48 ㎡ (42.8 mu), with a total construction area of 24927.50 ㎡. Build 16 high-end bentonite fine and deep processing production lines, including 3 drying production lines, 5 crushing and grinding production lines, 6 high-end crushed sand production lines, 1 air separation and purification production line, 1 water separation and purification production line, and construct 26 auxiliary production lines, including 10 fully automatic screening production lines and 16 automatic packaging production lines.
The project annually produces 200000 tons of high-end bentonite products, including 50000 tons of high-end crushed sand, 20000 tons of high-end feed montmorillonite additives, 50000 tons of sewage purification materials, 60000 tons of soil improvers, and 20000 tons of pesticides and fertilizer carriers.
The total investment of the project is 101.48 million yuan, including 44.374 million yuan for construction and installation costs, 45.8555 million yuan for equipment procurement and installation costs, 6.5444 million yuan for other engineering construction costs, and 4.7061 million yuan for engineering reserve funds. The project investment is fully funded by the project unit itself.
Upon the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is 200 million yuan, the total profit is 37639400 yuan, the net profit is 28229600 yuan, the sales tax and surcharges are 677400 yuan, the annual value-added tax is 8468100 yuan, and the annual income is 949900 yuan.
The project commenced construction on April 26, 2022, and is scheduled to be completed and put into production by December 2022.
