Quality inspection and R&D

The Ningcheng Xingmei Technology Bentonite Quality Inspection and Research and Development Center is equipped with functional areas such as an office area, a data room, an operation area, a weighing room, a noise room, and a research and development room. It covers an area of 800 square meters and has a total investment of 10 million yuan. There are 9 quality inspection personnel in the laboratory, 5 R&D personnel, 3 management personnel, and 4 part-time experts and professors hired from outside. It is a multi-functional bentonite laboratory integrating bentonite research and development and testing. It is currently the largest, most fully functional and most advanced comprehensive quality inspection and research and development center in the national bentonite cat litter industry. We are currently applying for the National Laboratory (CNAS) project. This laboratory serves member units of the Cat Litter Association and also provides external testing services. In order to meet the requirements of domestic and foreign customers and ensure that the laboratory data is more authoritative and reliable, the research and development laboratory testing equipment purchases the world's most advanced bentonite testing equipment, such as: using the weighing equipment of Mettler-Toledo from Switzerland, the grinding and screening equipment of Leche from Germany, the casting and bonding testing equipment of Simpson from the United States. Some cat litter equipment adopts imported customized equipment. To further support the high-quality development of the cat litter industry in Ningcheng County, better serve the member units of our county's cat litter association, comprehensively enhance the quality of export products, and promote the steady growth of foreign trade exports, the Quality Inspection and R&D Center of Xingmei Technology not only undertakes the company's product research and development and quality control, but also strictly implements the group standards and guidelines issued by the cat litter association. We provide product testing, data analysis, quality certification and other related services for member units of the Ningcheng County Cat Litter Industry Association, leading the Ningcheng bentonite industry towards high quality and high standards.
